Reporting to the Director, Communications, Public Relations and S&R, and as a key member of the Communications team, the Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for creating and executing dynamic internal communications plans and measuring their impact as well as promoting employee engagement, awareness and understanding of the organization's priorities and goals.

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations (or equivalent)
Required: 5-7 years of experience in a communications role with a strong track record in creating employee engagement
