Our vision is to build the #1 digital commerce ecosystem within beverage alcohol. Our dual mission is to drive significant revenue growth as well as embed sustainable digital-first capabilities into the broader Pernod Ricard USA (PRUSA) ecosystem.
No industry is as ripe for disruption as BevAlc in the US, given prohibition era laws that differentiate us from broader food and beverage or luxury. BevAlc digital commerce transformation projected to take 5+ years has now occurred in the span of weeks, with no signs of slowing down. To win in this new environment, Pernod Ricard USA (PRUSA) has formed a new, dedicated eCommerce & Digital Growth business unit. We are primarily based in NYC, with a hub in SF.

This growing team is made up of members spanning commercial, performance marketing, creative/content, product, data science, operations, finance, and biz ops. We hail from eCommerce, start-up/tech, CPG, agency, and management consulting.
What You'll Do
We seek an innovative, analytical and results-driven leader to join PRUSA's eCommerce Marketing Team and help establish Pernod as a digital commerce within the nearly $1 0B Chains liquor channel.
Your mission is to take an omni-channel lens to grow PRUSA's digital commerce foot print with key customers within the chains liquor channel (e.g., Total Wine & More, BevMo , Specs, Binny's , ABC ) . You will be successful if you are able to integrate the worlds of retailers, brands, and digital commerce , and are skilled at using both science ( data ) and art ( insight ) to drive focused execution at pace.
You 'll be a key member of the eCommerce BU, sitting within the Marketing Team and will be wired closely with PRUSA's revamped Channel marketing organization. R eports into the Sr. Manager of eComm erce & Dig ital shopper marketing and is aligned to the Channel Marketing Director , acting as an extension of that tea m and visible thought partner to the customers in your channel .
Shape omni-channel digital strategy Channel/Customer - Understand the channel landscape & key customer dynamics to inform on-going customer prioritization.
Commerce Tech - Be the expert on the fast-evolving digital path to purchase landscape and support Pernod's development of a best-in class commerce tech ecosystem.
Shopper - Know your online shopper and the best pa thways and partners to reach them.
L ead digital shopper activation 'On shelf' r etail media - Buy & optimize retail media for your channel, tailored to your customer's maturity levels (e.g., programmatic vs. manual).
'To shelf' d igital media - Brief needs into the eComm Media team to connect through the path to purchase.
Bespoke digital experiences - Partner with the eComm Product team & customer team to envision and execute mutually beneficial experiences (e.g., shop in shop activation for key programs).
Shape omni-channel programming and support cross-functional communication Omni-channel programming - Drive connectivity between online and offline activation.
Cross-functional Communication - Help translate brand goals into digital shopper tactics, and shopper programming into usable customer sell stories.
Build C ustomer C apabilities & Manage Relationships Customers - Support your customers in their capability build journey by serv ing as a tru sted thought partner for site, platform, social, CRM, and martech capability building . Nurture strong partnerships with customers' eCommerce, digital merchandising & retail media organizations, with the goal of driving outsized Pernod visibility and access.
Partners - Identify , diligence, and manage partnerships with a network of d igital path to purchase players , relevant to your customers, within PRUSA's broader commerce tech ecosystem.
Internal - Build strong relationships with stakeholders across eCommerce, customer teams, channel marketing, and brands.

What You Bring - Hard Skills Advanced: Retail media; Google Analytics; d igital path to purchase activation & attribution solutions
Fluent: Digital media planning ; product & UX/UI fundamentals ; SEO
Willing to learn: Promo effectiveness analytics (e.g., Catalina) ; SQL
Who You Are Undergraduate degree, preferably in a quantitative field
6 - 8+ years total experience, with 3+ years of Retail Media or Marketing Analytics experience in a top shopper agency
Shopper marketing experience within CPG or key retailer strongly preferred
Beverages category experience is a plus
Retail experience is a plus
