Position Title: Manager, CRM

In summary, the CRM Manager is responsible for providing consistent and data-driven activation tracking and measurement across the entire PR USA Commercial organization. This role manages and owns our CRM platform(s) and relationships and serves as the national, primary point of contact for all CRM-related matters. The successful incumbent is a strong cross-collaborator with external stakeholders (i.e. vendors) and internal key CRM users (i.e. Customer Development team), as well as stakeholders across Commercial Planning & Operations (CPO), Field Sales, Marketing (Field, Channel, & HQ teams), Corporate stakeholders (Finance, Transformation, and IT), Chains, and S&OP.
This position reports directly to the Director, National Performance, supporting all of PR USA.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Operate as the nationwide activation measurement "center of excellence" across PR USA's Commercial organization Assess and recommend CRM platforms based on business needs, costs, coverage, and consultation with stakeholders.
Manage and own relationship with CRM platforms, and act as the key point of contact for major issues raised by CRM users.
Centrally manage the platform and coordinate with vendors, users, and stakeholders to design appropriate regular (monthly) outputs and distribute across organizations for measurement.
Co-operate with Customer Development team, State leadership, and Market Managers to provide a centralized activation measurement process and dashboards for local customer-facing activities.
Communicate across Divisions, Areas, States and Markets to ensure there is consistent data collection and use through approved, centrally managed CRM trackers.
Coordinate with vendors to provide training to PR USA key users (i.e. Customer Development teams) to use CRM platforms, and continuously build capability of activation measurement.
Provide PR USA field Sales with tracking, support and education regarding activation measurement; collaborate with CPO Managers to maintain best-in-class compliance scorecards
Create, leverage, and implement tracking and process to enable seamless communication across HQ Marketing, Finance, Go-to Market, Legal, and Field Sales to clearly deliver information and expectations to our Distributor partners.
Ensure there is consistency of activation measurement process and outputs across all PR USA commercial teams.
Collect feedback from users and key stakeholders and coordinate with vendors to continuously improve the process and outputs (dashboards) from CRM platforms.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Experience / Background: Minimum 5-7 years of experience and t echnical expertise with CRM and analytical systems. Experience in sales, finance or operations an asset. Beneficial to have knowledge of the wine and spirit or consumer goods industry.
Travel: This position may travel up to 20% of the time.
