Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be responsible for providing solutions, thought partnership and business talent strategies to the Marketing function. The Director, HRBP will serve as a strategic advisor to the business and will drive the understanding and adoption of HR programs in partnership with our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and manage the execution of program activities across the Marketing function. We are searching for an HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Acting as a transformational leader both in support of the client group and also across all of HR leading change, communication and engagement best practices. Design optimal organizational structure and ways of working across the organization and with key partners in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and our Distributor networks. The ideal candidate will have experience developing change plans and check-ins to ensure the optimal structure and that roles/responsibilities are established.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities Business Advisor: Builds relationships with senior leaders to understand business priorities in order to align HR strategies to business objectives. Makes recommendations, provides advice and is a trusted advisor to senior managers. Influences business decision-makers to implement programs that drive higher levels of employee performance and engagement. Talent Management: Partners with senior leaders and Talent COE to implement a framework for assessing and developing organizational talent. Leads talent assessment processes including succession planning, leadership assessments, mobility strategies, high potential identification and development, and building management bench strength. Organizational Development: Identifies, facilitates, and supports the implementation of change management and organizational design and development initiatives. Rewards and Recognition: Works with the Total Rewards COE to ensure incentive structures are aligned with strategic objectives to reward the desired outcomes. Participates with senior management, compensation and business planning in the annual salary plan and incentive compensation processes. Staffing and Selection: Works with Talent Acquisition COE on workforce planning. Participates in recruitment for senior level positions. Workforce Analytics: Reviews internal and external metrics to draw hypotheses and conclusions that help the business make more informed decisions about its workforce. Uses metrics to make recommendations to address issues. Project Management: Leads projects and participates in HR and Marketing cross-functional projects as appropriate.
RequirementsA minimum of 10+ years of progressive levels of experience in all aspects of human resource management.Experience with change management and supporting a function or organization going through transformation a plus.Prior experience working in a fast-paced, complex global environment with a critical sense of urgency and focus on excellent service to the business.Ability to navigate ambiguity.Strategic business partner and advisor to leadership with a solid track record of achievement.Effective program and project management skills.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
