Job purpose
To help define and implement the right IT strategy for PR North America, with specific focus on the PR USA Back-Office functions (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Communications, IT).To manage the relationship with key stakeholders and gain legitimacy by transforming business plans into a clear IT solutions Roadmap.To ensure our IT solutions deliver business value through careful demand and portfolio management, and by measuring and reporting results.Main roles and responsibilities
Business Relationship & Demand Management:
Establish and maintain favorable relationships with the local management, including Directors, VPs, SVPsLeverage existing communication framework (presentation templates, reports, dashboards, etc.) to conduct Strategic Communication (StratCom) meetings and otherwise communicate with stakeholder groupsUnderstand business priorities and identify new or existing solutions that can drive measurable resultsContinually evolve, in alignment with IT & Business leadership, a multi-year back-office IT Solutions roadmapApply the existing Demand Management process at PR North America:
Engage key business stakeholders and IT teams to build and evaluate project proposals (Scorecards) for strategic demand requiring significant IT involvement and possible CAPEX investmentPartner with Business and IT Solutions Leadership to prioritize Scorecards based on perceived business value, effort, costs, risks, etc.; communicate decisions to the business accordinglyInitiate Charters for approved projects and transition to Delivery Project Manager for executionWork closely with other BRMs (locally and globally) to detect new opportunities for Regional/Global synergiesRobotic Process Automation (RPA): Oversee and guide the collection of RPA ideas utilizing appropriate tools (e.g., Automation Hub). Schedule/conduct RPA workshops as appropriate. Enforce local/global governance and best practices around the intake, prioritization, and value measurement of RPA automations.IT Portfolio Management & Reporting:
Apply the existing Project Portfolio Management process at PR North America
Periodically review the portfolio with Business & IT, revising as needed to align with shifting prioritiesCollect project status from relevant IT Delivery/Technology teams and update quarterly portfolio reports in accordance with existing templatesConduct Project Reviews for completed strategic projects to evaluate IT execution & business value deliveryConduct and help analyze annual IT Maturity & Business Partnership surveys to assess the perceived effectiveness of our North American IT Solutions teamStrategic Project Responsibilities:
Create appropriate Project Communication Plans and Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans according to each project's size and complexity and execute accordinglySit on Steering Committee for key strategic projects; maintain accountability for and drive Change Management & Communications for key strategic projects within area(s) of responsibilityProfile required:
Education required: Bachelor's required; MBA or Master's (or equivalent) in computer sciences preferredExperience / Background:
Strong Project Management skillsMust have Management Experience (projects, processes and people)Ability to manage project budget > 1M$Must have experience dealing with various levels within companyDemonstrated expertise in large scale IT environmentsProven track record of institutionalizing leading-practice methodologies and processesExperience in at least some (if not most) relevant functional areas (e.g.: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Communications, etc.)Language required: Fluent in EnglishJob Posting End Date:
