Full Time


  • Develop and maintain tools and reporting for the Supply Chain function

  • Regular reporting of department KPI's and KPI insights
  • Help to create and maintain Supplier Scorecards, as well as Scorecards for other projects
  • Review business processes for optimization and LEAN opportunities, and work with the Supply Chain team to implement solutions
  • Track and report cost changes within the Purchasing function
  • Participate in collaborative planning with major suppliers, to include providing rolling forecasts on a regular basis
  • Participate in master data maintenance


  • Review current Supply Chain systems, tools & technology to brainstorm and identify opportunities for enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for technology changes to bring benefits to the business and coordinate business improvements with other divisions as required
  • Stay up to date on technology & automation solutions in the industry, providing updates to the team on developments

  • Develop best practice tools to track progress of strategic projects and coordinate updates with the leadership team
  • Review current LEAN processes within the Supply Chain Operations team, identify opportunities for improvement, and help create best-practice solutions
  • Prepare project timetables and calendars, develop and monitor project plans for major activities and coordinate a range of program support activities
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects focused on specific tasks

  • Skills / Qualifications / Experience :


  • A business, science, or engineering degree
  • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards E1 a plus)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Sound analytical & planning ability
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate key information to stakeholders as needed in a timely manner.
  • Quality decision making and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • Able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders

  • Desirable:

  • Wine & Spirits industry experience
  • Database experience
  • Supply and Demand Planning exposure/experience
  • Project management experience
  • Process Mapping experience, including use of tools such as Visio
  • Knowledge of MRP in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Lean concepts and processes

  • Special Conditions :

  • Some out of hours work may be required.
  • Intra/Interstate travel as required.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Work is performed in a typical field environment with moderate demands for movement and lifting.
