The salary range for this role, based in New York is $101,200 to $151,800 , range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

The Prestige Center of Excellence Brand Manager is part of a team leading prestige efforts across the organization. We seek a collaborative and innovative leader to consult & provide an expertise POV to brand teams leveraging consumer & shopper insights that is helping shape the prestige strategy. Responsible for partnering with cross functional teams to elevate and unlock premiumization opportunities and developing new processes. This exciting and unique role requires a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager who has a strong marketing, commercial, analytical background with a working knowledge in the luxury segment.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing multiple brands and collaboration across marketing stakeholders and cross-functional partners. You will be successful in this role if you are energized by building brands and navigating matrixed environments, balance thinking strategically with the key priorities on the business including but not limited to the following:
Major Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesCollaboration & Integration: Lead a cross functional working team, which includes but is not limited to the brand teams, agencies, commercial marketing, sales, consumer insights, marketing enablement and other business departments fostering and building a strong multi-functional team. Collaboration, alignment, and influence with multiple stakeholders is a key to success.
Superior communication skills: ability to communicate complex information and implications both verbally, and written presentations.
Thought leadership: Lead/Collaborate with external & internal partners to design and deliver a Prestige Marketing Playbook driven by insights, brand JTBD & cross functional input
Excellent stakeholder management: this role requires the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and partner with a variety of internal & external stakeholders. Develop and wire ways of working, processes, and communication templates for this role through the organization.
Entrepreneurial mindset: Keep adapting & evolving. Develop, deliver, and iterate strategy continuously with a resourceful, obsessive, and fearless mindset with a focus on proving the case for the premiumization opportunity.
Agile: Results-orientation and ability to operate with agility to run with test and learn approach.
Analysis & natural intellectual curiosity: Work with key partners to design an approach to measuring success with a blended objective of awareness and growth. Consistently seek to evolve with continuous upskilling on industry insights, trends, and tools .
Dynamic & evolving environment: Choices and priorities today may become obsolete tomorrow as the market transforms. The ability to not just adapt but thrive in such an environment is critical.
Required Skills/CompetenciesThe role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach. Must be able to both lead and influence teams.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills is essential.
EducationMinimum Bachelor's degree (minimum)
Experience / Background5+ years of business experience, with a emphasize in management level role in CPG, luxury goods and working on the customer side.
Experience managingportfolio of brandsand marketing programs targeting high net worth consumers, working in a cross functional environment.
Must have experience in managing and partnering with a broad set of stakeholders in matrix organization as well as external agency partners.
Must have sounding experience developing strategies grounded in insights and analytics.
This position may travel up to 25% of the time.
