The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for assisting on the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical brand plans across the current prestige (high end) spirits portfolio. This exciting and unique role provides a significant opportunity for leadership and ownership as the primary responsibilities will consist of general management, support of brand program creation, execution of key brand initiatives, coordinating/supporting brand content creation, supporting financial accountability and A&P ROI analysis, and regular analysis of business performance.
This exciting and unique role requires a dynamic and experienced Associate Brand Manager who has a strong marketing, commercial, analytical background with a working knowledge of the luxury segment. The ideal candidate can balance thinking strategically with the key execution priorities on the business including but not limited to the following:

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
General Brand Management:Support Director and Senior Brand Manager on delivering the annual brand operating plan for 6 core prestige brands, from strategy to execution
Manage brand plan development and brand positioning as relevantIncorporate shopper and path to purchase insights and behaviors into the overarching planSupport the delivery of the brand digital strategy in partnership with the eCommerce team, partnering with the global brand teams to leverage existing assetsAssist in tracking and optimizing the plans based on performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide support on a select amount of innovation development in conjunction with the global brand teamsPartner with a variety of cross-functional teams including PR and Experiential teams to develop and execute experiential, trade, and consumer-facing events and programming
Center of Excellence (COE)
Serve as a Center of Excellence for the overall spirits and champagne portfolio:Support the overall prestige marketing approach, inclusive of high-end innovationAssist in the creation, distribution, and influence of best practices and select marketing playbooks for access to a wider teamInterface and collaborate with several brand teams to ensure cohesion across the portfolio
Marketing Finance (MF):Support financial accountability and ROI analysis through management of vendor purchase orders and A&P budget trackingTrack and monitor brand budgets
Nature & Scope
Position works with members of the central marketing department, divisional marketing, sales management, agency services agency personnel, as well as various vendor and provider representatives. Additionally, this role requires strong project management skills.
Required Skills/Competencies:3-5+ years of marketing experience; experience in strategy/brand development, including brand positioning and brand building activities (digital/social and retail)Entrepreneurial, innovative mindset. Flexible and able to work with agility.Strong financial / business / analytical acumen. Must be proficient in excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as an outstanding aptitude for time management.Thoroughness, creativity, interpersonal awareness, relationship management, and influencing skills.Proficiencies in problem-solving and the ability to multitask are requirements. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills; spirits or high-end luxury industry experience preferred but not required.
Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
