In summary, the Analyst, National Performance Management is responsible for developing centralized and consistent tools for KPI development and tracking. Working within the Commercial Planning & Operations Organization, this position supports nationwide performance tracking by managing sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) dashboards to improve data-driven decision making and standardized performance management processes. Supporting a team of analytically driven commercial planning and operations (CPO) resources, this role contributes to a "center of excellence" that enables consistency of performance and activation measurement processes and outputs across commercial organizations.

Reporting to the Director, National Performance Management this role works with the entire CPO team, driving continuous improvement with our performance management process.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Oversee and ensure centralized and consistent performance management on a national scale:

  • Develop tools for KPI development and tracking across entire PR USA Commercial organization to ensure consistency and standardization across Regions / Areas / Markets.
  • Support national performance tracking by collaborating with the CPO Directors and their teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Area Leadership, Distributors).
  • Develop standardized communication documents to deliver KPI development and tracking throughout the organization and with Distributor partners.
  • Provide PR USA field Sales with support and education regarding performance KPI's.
  • Develop methods to track current PR USA and Distributor full-book / dedicated objectives (including bonuses, quotas, incentives, objectives & key results) and help the team evaluate the way PR USA defines the criteria and objectives to help improve the process and design.
  • Analyze KPI effectiveness, collaborating with Commercial Marketing stakeholders to develop tracking the implementation of Brand Standards.

  • Management and maintenance of key sales tools and dashboards:

  • Manage and maintain national sales tools and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making for Sales team, once handed off from Transformation team (remain highly coordinated with Transformation team, more broadly, as new initiatives and systems are handed off to ensure system maintenance).
  • Manage the national KPI bonus tracker; publish status and results to Sales and Distributors to keep teams appropriately informed.
  • Create and maintain trackers for all incentives and provide recommendations on ways to better maximize the way we approach incentives across brands over the year.

  • Job Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach.

    Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) Experience / Background: Minimum 8-10 years of previous sales management or operations experience, preferably within the wine and spirit or consumer goods industry. Previous Distributor experience is an asset. Travel: This position may travel up to 30% of the time.
