About The Position
Onda Wellness is an established artisanal hemp CBD wellness company looking for an ambitious, passionate, experienced, driven, assertive and organized sales manager to help us growth with strength and integrity.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sales Manager will build overall business by managing key house retail accounts, managing the Onda sales team, developing relationships with distributors / brokers, and acquiring and maintaining new accounts.

Maintain key existing accounts by developing relationships with key stakeholders to sell in additional SKUs, additional facings, new placements, and other opportunities to grow hint volume
Acquire new regional retail chains across U.S. 
Track/monitor status by consistently using CRM tools
Develop relationships with local distributor and their reps
Build up local team of sales managers and merchandisers
Identify and pursue quick wins for retail sales
Ensure team is maintaining existing accounts and developing relationships effectively
Participate in weekly sales calls to highlight successes, discuss challenges, and understand company wide strategies
Track performance of market to develop and execute improvement opportunities
Own relationship with key accounts
BA degree preferred
At least 2-5 years of CPG sales experience
Great outgoing personality
Passion for Organic, Biodynamic, Regenerative farming
Attention to detail, organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with quotas and goals
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Self-starter but able to take direction as well
Passionate about plant medicine, a healthy lifestyle and the hemp industry

We are willing to offer a 3K base plus 15% commission on retail accounts and 10% commission on bulk oil sales. Commission payout could rack up very quickly and multiply ones monthly salary once sales goals are reached.
