The Task At Hand:
The Digital Coordinator will work collaboratively across the different digital marketing functions to provide support in paid media, digital content, website, affiliate marketing, and reporting. This role will focus on developing compelling and creative ads, analyzing past performance, and working closely with our Design Team and Media Agency to drive acquisition and overall business growth.
In This Role, You Will:
• Develop compelling, creative briefs for paid social ads across all Once Upon a Farm products, including copywriting and visual direction.
• Curate a library of best-in-class ad examples from competing and adjacent brands to inspire potential direction.
• Oversee the launch and approval process for new ads with our Media Agency.
• Work with the Influencer Team to manage whitelisting and branded content, assisting with creator briefs, Meta connection, and communication with our Media Agency.
• Collaborate with designers and the Digital Team to build website landing pages to support DTC growth initiatives or tell brand stories.
• Work closely with the Affiliate Agency and internal Marcom Team to scale the Affiliate Program by communicating brand priorities, planning promotions, briefing creative, and more.
• Contribute to quarterly brainstorming sessions and regularly planned Go-To-Market meetings.
• Assist with the preparation of performance reports, highlighting the “here’s what, so what, now what.”
• Optimize website content for AI-driven search to improve organic visibility and Google Ads performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Support various digital marketing initiatives as needed.
In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of related marketing experience in digital marketing and/or advertising, ideally in the CPG/startup food space.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong analytical mind, exceptional communication skills, and an eye for detail.
• Creativity, boldness, and a willingness to experiment and learn.
• Empathy for parents and caregivers—even if you’re not a parent or caregiver, you’re able to put yourself in the shoes of one.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms.
• Experience with Shopify preferred, or proven ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter.
• Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet.
• Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Marketing preferred.
• Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment.
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position.

Compensation:
• Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt.
• The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,000.00–$70,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
