About The Position
This is a great entry level sales position that breaks the barrier to entry into the supplier side of the spirits industry. Upon successful completion of this role (minimum 1 year), there are opportunities for promotion.
Requirements:
 
·        Must be located in the specified area (Detroit)
·        Make a minimum of 12 sales calls per day on all spirits retailers in the territory 
·        Conduct 1-2 consumer tastings/samplings per week at retail partner accounts
·        Merchandise Ole Smoky products & Point of Sale materials 
·        Participate in trade shows throughout the territory
·        Ability to work weekdays, weekends & some nights for event activations and lift up to 45lbs
·        Strong motivation to learn the spirits industry from the ground up
 
 
Compensation & Benefits Package:
 
·        Base salary plus monthly commissions & car allowances
·        Medical/Dental/Vision (70% of premiums paid by OSD)
·        Short Term Disability (100% of premiums paid by OSD)
·        Paid Time Off (sick/vacation/holidays)
·        401k (50% match by OSD up to the first 4%)
