Maintenance Inventory Specialist

This position is responsible for all site level maintenance inventory and engineering capital project purchase receipts, storage, accuracy and documentation.

Essential Duties:

• Facilitates MRO and Capital Project material receiving/delivery/storage and documents through centralized Asset Management software.
• Optimize storeroom operations and inventory holdings, maintain 6S organizational strategy for storerooms and daily cleaning.
• Conduct continuing inventory reviews; coordinate intra-site inventory transfers; oversee vendor managed MRO and Consumables Inventory.
• Assist Technicians with acquiring inventory information, developing task parts requirements and "kitting" items for upcoming work.
• Oversee weekly cycle-count program and reporting; manage/track parts returns and credits.
• Research MRO documentation (manuals, parts breakdowns, pictures, etc.) and manage library.
• Occasional forklift operation.
• Other duties as assigned

Education/ Experience/Skills:

• 1+ year manufacturing maintenance or warehouse/inventory experience, Bachelor's degree a plus
• Advanced computer skills (experience with Office Suite, SharePoint and Asset Management software).
• Expert knowledge of inventory best practices
• Forklift certification/experience a plus.

Percent of Travel: 0%-10%

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell's and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Wage Range: $22.00 - $26.50
