About The Position
  • Manage Customer Service correspondence for our online & wholesale customers to transform potential customer issues into incredible experiences. We believe in old fashioned hospitality.
  • Manage purchase orders from beginning to end (ex. entering in the system, monitoring through delivery, troubleshooting)
  • Provide Sales Support including leveraging CRM practices
  • Provide Office Support, including updating website, invoicing, maintaining regular reports, etc. 
  • Contribute to and lead special projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Manage multiple streams of communication channels simultaneously on a day to day basis (team members, buyers, customers, other parties) 
  • Coordinate, track, and communicate project deliverables to team members.
  • Create and maintain ongoing reports as required by the team (ex. Sales reporting, CX correspondence reporting)
  • This role also includes a creative aspect and will require assisting in Marketing projects as necessary (ex. helping run giveaway campaigns on social media, content creation for website, etc)
  • General problem solving and process improvements
Skills and Experience Required:
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a related field (food experience desired but not required)
  • Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets. Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Shopify is a plus
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external parties. 
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
