Role Overview
The Part-Time Market Representative will play a critical role in developing on-premise (restaurants, bars, lounges) and off-premise (liquor stores, high-end grocers) accounts across key SoCal markets. You’ll be the face of the brand—introducing our tequila to decision-makers, building relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and open new on-premise and off-premise accounts, focusing on high-end restaurants, boutique liquor stores, and lifestyle-driven venues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, beverage directors, GMs, and owners
- Conduct tastings, trainings, and occasional consumer events
- Merchandise and ensure brand visibility in retail environments
- Serve as a brand storyteller, communicating tasting notes, production story, and positioning
- Collaborate with distributor reps when needed
- Track leads, visits, and placements weekly for internal reporting
Ideal Candidate
- Existing relationships in the Southern California beverage scene a big plus (LA, OC, SD)
- Experience selling or representing spirits, wine, or other luxury goods
- Passionate about premium tequila, hospitality, and brand-building
- Excellent communicator with a strong sense of hustle and professionalism
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and access to transportation
