Nando's PERi-PERi USA
Nando’s PERi-PERi is bringing the most popular hot sauce in England, Australia and South Africa to the USA. The word is out since super fans like Beyonce, Drake and Bella Hadid are helping us spread the word far and wide that our PERi-PERi is here to stay! (It’s true, check out our piece in Vogue or give us a Google.) Our sales and distribution are growing faster than ever in our category and so is our team. Come see what makes us the most famous sauce you’ve never heard of.
PERi-PERi, also known as the African Bird’s Eye Chilli, is the key to our legendary, flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. It’s grown in the African soil, so the magic starts from the ground up. It tastes amazing and the benefits don’t stop there.
Back in 1987, friends Fernando Duarte and Robbie Brozin visited a humble Portuguese eatery in the heart of Rosettenville, South Africa, to try some mouth-watering PERi-PERi -marinated chicken. They loved their lunch so much they bought the restaurant right there. Three decades later, there are 1,300 Nando’s PERi-PERi restaurants spread across five continents—including 40 U.S. locations.
PERi-PERi is the hero in each of our restaurants, where millions of Nando’s fans feast on our PERi-PERi chicken, marinated for 24 hours and grilled over an open flame. But now you can take the flavor, fire and passion of PERi-PERi wherever you go. Available nationwide, you can find us on the shelves at Kroger, Safeway, Walmart and tons of regional retail outlets.
Nando’s PERi-PERi sauce is packed with flavor because it is made with sun-ripened lemons, onion, a dash of garlic and blended with our special ingredient – the African Bird’s Eye Chilli pepper. One bite, and you will be hooked.
Our company Purpose is “Changing lives, together” rooted in the Nando’s PERi-PERi values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to join the company at an exciting moment and to help pioneering the growth of an incredible brand, in a business that is a people-first culture.
