Profile | Key Accountabilities
Market Reporting:
- Review of MRF and Forecasting Trends: Analyzing market research forecasts and trends.
- Generating Weekly Reports: Creating weekly reports on month-to-date business performance.
- Building Reports: Developing reports on upcoming market headwinds and analyzing actions to take.
- PowerBI Reports: Creating reports to meet business needs.
- Monthly Brand Performance: Monitoring and analyzing monthly brand performance, providing detailed reports on issues and opportunities.
- Additional Reporting: Supporting the market with additional reporting as required by the General Manager.
Coordination:
- Regional Coordination: Assisting with regional coordination for report and feedback consolidation, meetings, and logistics (Distributor Facing).
- Allocation Communication: Managing allocation communication and tracking.
- Meeting Support: Supporting the Commercial Sales Team with internal or external meetings within the area (Distributor Facing).
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent years of experience.
Professional Experience & Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a business analytical role with commercial expertise, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Practical/Technical Knowledge:
- Finance and Budget Management: Well-developed skills in finance and budget management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to work with all levels of the organization and prioritize work effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Data Handling: Comfortable working with large data sets and learning internal database systems.
- Business Analysis: Quality, execution, and timeliness in preparing business analysis materials to support Commercial Sales Leads.
- Communication & Presentation: Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply syndicated data insights.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage changes in direction with a flexible mindset.
