About The Position
Iconic bakery brand MILK BAR is looking for an experienced analyst with D2C experience to join their team in NY.
Essential Required Skills and Aspects of the Role Include:
- Direct to Consumer experience - this can be in any consumer driven industry (food/bev/CPG or other consumer good)
- Ability to flex into other segments, including grocery and retail
- Ability to manipulate data from large datasets, particularly using Big Query and SQL
- Data visualization tool experience, such as Looker or Tableau
- Familiarity with consumer analytics, including customer journey mapping, customer cohort analysis, segmentation, etc. Who is the core customer, how do they behave over time, what are repeats orders, churn, etc.
- Utilize historic data for predictive modeling
- Experience in a “scrappy” environment - self-starter comfortable with wearing many hats, ready to help build out a growing department and brand
Good to haves:
- Shopify experience
- Familiarity with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, etc)
- Enthusiasm for cakes and cookies!
