Sales & Brand Activation Specialist
will be accountable for achieving annual sales goals and KPI’s set forth by the company. 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Achieve annual sales targets by driving distribution and volume within assigned territory for all Mico Spirit product line.
  • Function as a dedicated representative to distributor and accounts by providing support mechanisms to drive brand growth – Brand education, promotions, merchandising, tastings
  • Identify high profile, high volume opportunities, develop plan, and execute against plan to seed Mico Tequila within accounts 
  • Ensure Mico Tequila product line is executed according to brand standards within key on and off premise accounts
  • Visit accounts regularly educating and promoting brand; create innovative solutions to overcome hurdles and obtain objectives
  • Oversee key accounts, develop and leverage relationships to drive menu features and volume driving programs
  • Track quantitative and qualitative measures for distribution, volume, menu features, and display. Provide bi-weekly update.
  • Required to assist in overseeing Orange County market
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong understanding of alcoholic beverages and the industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient time management skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum 2-4 years in sales and/or beverage industry experience
  • Strong understanding of spirits products and categories with an emphasis on tequila
  • Experience working under Park Street Distributor model a plus
  • Distributor management skills preferred
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, customer focus, and a drive for results
