Role Purpose

This involves developing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of the organization / site.
Accountabilities & Impact
- Develops and maintains training manuals or other documentation. Documents training, assesses effectiveness and progress, reports on progress, and makes changes to training as needed.
- Integration of Best in Craft training system into lean management system at the work area and line level
- Training front-line leaders on Technical and operational aspects of the manufacturing processes
- Drives the Change management process for BiC training, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across all levels.
- Ensuring consistency in implementation, providing governance to ensure program progression.
Skills & Experiences Needed
- 2-5 years of experience in supervisory or leadership role
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelors Degree
- Technology proficient (Familiarity w/ specific technical & operational aspects of the manufacturing processes)
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal and ability to relate
- Adaptable
- Attention to detail
