Job Description:
The Regional Manager will be part of a dedicated and passionate team, focused on sales and distributor management as to drive sales execution. This individual will be responsible for delivering the execution of the Regional plan with a primary focus on both Regional and National retail development and execution. This person will work closely with our distributor partners RNDC /Youngs Market Company.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • 50% focus on Account Management - 30% focus on Distributor Management - 20% focus on Team Engagement 
Account Management (50%) throughout the region:
  • Build, maintain and enhance a key account list on and off premise in conjunction with the distributor and develop strong relationships with key buyers/owners and managers for the total brand portfolio
  • Manage assigned accounts in attaining sales, marketing, and profit objectives
  • Manage own quantitative and qualitative data
  • Identify market trends and create opportunities
  • Work alongside Off Premise National Accounts Director and Distributor Chain Team to develop Regional and National Account retail distribution and programming
Distributor Management (30%):
  • Work with Division Manager to ensure proper pricing, programming, sales, merchandising, brand education and market work-withs
  • Attend distributor meetings and participate in discussions by providing well-documented reports on the levels of distribution, display and sales execution by the distributor
  • Report on a weekly and monthly basis the development in both (existing & new) accounts, performance and programming distributor
  • Review monthly performance in all channels with sales leads and field management 
  • Monitor inventory and proper use of P.O.S. material
Team Engagement (20%):
  • Collaborate with the Leadership and National Account Team to deliver objectives of the organization utilizing KPI drivers
  • Foster the LBUSA Culture to promote teamwork, collaboration and winning attitude 
  • Share input and communicate learnings with Marketing Team to create effective programming 
Requirements:
  • Experienced industry professional with high end bar, restaurant and cocktail knowledge within the Northern California or Washington State Markets 
  • Regional or National Accounts experience a plus 
  • A commercial sales talent with the ability to see opportunities
  • Extensive knowledge of the distributor(s) 
  • Strong current relationships with key accounts and key buyers within one or more of these markets
  • Ability to manage financial budgets with full responsibility over these markets
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Travel required approximately 45% 
  • Must have valid driver's license
