About the Role
LOVE CORN recently launched in the Chicago region.  As the Brand Activation Manager for you will act as a brand ambassador spreading the LOVE and introducing the product to consumers and retailers in the region. The role serves to increase brand awareness, drive sales velocity and increase distribution.

Requirements
  • Hard-working, self-starter with positive attitude
  • Creative & independent, but also great at collaborating
  • Easily adaptable to an ever-changing environment (hello: startup world!)
  • Excellent communication (both in-person and via email)
  • Highly organized, (a love for to-do lists!)
  • Ready to hustle, and go above & beyond
  • Experience working through high-school and college (you know how to hustle)
  • Own a car and willing to drive for many hours in a day
 
Responsibilities
  • Be the face of LOVE CORN brand in the region for consumers and retailers
  • Educate consumers about the product via in-store demos
  • Identify and manage a calendar of key events in region for samplings eg. vegan events, craft beer festival 
  • Build relationships at key retail stores, sell in secondary placements/displays 
  • Work closely with 3rd party merchandizing team to drive sales velocity
  • Identify and build relationships with “super fans” 
  • Working with operations team on logistics checklist for each event
  • Build trust and likeability with all partners

  • 20% working from home planning/admin; 80% in the field with customers & retailers
