Little West is LA’s leading premium, small batch, cold pressed juice company.  We’re changing the way that people stay healthy with our products, made only from the highest quality ingredients locally sourced from nearby farms.  We pack between 2-4 pounds of fresh produce in every bottle and go from Farm to Bottle in only 48 hours!  Our small team is growing and we’re looking for an AMAZING Sales Manager to join our ranks and have some fun.  


The Sales Manager is responsible for performing all sales and merchandising functions for products in key retail accounts. You walk into a grocery store, you sell them juice.  Walk into a coffee shop...sell them juice.  Staying at a hotel? Sell them juice!  This role puts you on the front lines of an exciting but competitive landscape where you will be responsible for bringing in new accounts weekly, building brand awareness, and fighting to grow and maintain shelf space in accounts on your route in all channels including: grocery, natural and independents.

Sales Duties 
  • 70% of time is spent opening new business, 30% of time is spent managing & building existing business and collecting orders
  • Management of 40-70 accounts including large retailers, independents and hotel partners
  • Analyze existing sales figures to help identify possible issues, and find growth potential
  • Analyze the market to identify new opportunities
  • Territory covers LA and OC
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with key customers, buyers and decision makers
  • Create monthly sales analysis to see gaps in market, potential lift and other opportunities while managing CRM tool for the team (Streak)\
Merchandising Duties
  • Maintain and increase existing sku facings in cold box of all retailers
  • Communicate with buyers, managers to fight and claw for secondary placements and additional facings
  • Communicate to Distributors/reps when additional facings are sold in and need to be followed up with orders
  • Position POS merchandise and create a customer-ready selling floor
  • High school diploma or equivalency 
  • Requires the ability to maintain a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance in accordance with state laws
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to drive up to and exceeding 100 miles a day
  • Ability to work flexible hours/days which include early morning, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Basic understanding of 3 Tier System: supplier, distribution and retail landscape
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50 lbs
40 hour weekly
$65K annual salary
$350/month car & phone allowance
