Technical Acumen. You know great code when you see it and you know how to spot the elite out of the good. You have a deep understanding of technical stacks and what it takes to build world-class technical teams.
Executing. You have a proven track record of executing at a high level in each and every environment you have worked in. We are a growing company and need to be filling roles with high-quality, diverse candidates for each and every role.
Influencing. You have the ability to influence using data, logic, and good ole fashioned charisma. You can enter into any conversation, understand what is going on, and be a value add to help come up with a decision.
Process Improvement. This is a fast-paced environment and we are constantly improving the way we do things to evolve with the business. You intuitively love to try new things, document, iterate and do it all over again to ensure we're getting better each and every day.
Candidate Experience. Candidate experience should be your recruiting north star-you should know what your candidates think about and always strive to deliver a better experience.
Building Relationships. Internally, recruiting has a seat at the table, and building authentic relationships with all of the stakeholders in the business is pivotal to your success. Externally, building relationships with candidates will drive your long-term success - people you talk to today might be a better fit tomorrow.
- Partner closely with your hiring teams to come up with effective recruiting strategies to fill your open roles
- Source the best passive talent and screen through inbound resumes
- Working with the Head of Recruitment, department heads, finance, and other internal teams to build out the best Technical Recruiting department in the industry
- Establishing evergreen pipelines for our high-volume roles
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
- Deep technical acumen
- Ability to drive change
- Curiosity about progressive recruiting practices
- Experience building effective reach-outs, A/B testing, and a natural curiosity for progressive recruiting practices
