About The Position
Grown and strengthen relationships with key premise/off premise accounts in Florida market. Champion the on/off premise promotional activities by building relationships with new and existing accounts. Work with distributor sales representatives, Sales consultants, and management to effectively grow the brand presence and sales volumes in the market.

- Identify the top On & Off Premise Accounts in assigned territory.
- Work with local Distributor sales reps and management in perfecting these On & Off Premise Accounts.
- Provide feedback to local management and Brand Managers on a scheduled basis.
- Manage/Order POS to ensure use during key promotions and provide feedback on its effectiveness.
· Establish and maintaining key relationships at all assigned distributors and key accounts in the marketplace.
- Attend and monitor brand promotions and make any necessary adjustments.
- Identifying key on premise promotional accounts that meet the brands profile.
- Set promotional dates and times with accounts.
- Monitor key metrics and grow the overall brand presence with a focus on the items below:
- Menu Placements
- Drink features
- Back Bar Presence
- Shelf Standards
- Display Presence
- Points of distribution
- Sales experience preferred
- Computer literary a must (e-mail, Excel or equivalent, Word.
- Conversational Spanish Second Language Prefered
- Must be able to dedicate evenings and some weekends to on-premise and special event work.
- Demonstrated sales management abilities with proven success in delivering sales goals and objectives
- Ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships with distributors and accounts
- Appreciated previous experience: Bacardi, Diageo, Moet Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, Patron, Southern Wines & Spirits, RNDC, Breakthrough Beverage.
- Appreciated previous titles: Area Manager, Market Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager, On-Premise Manager, Off-Premise Manager.
