About The Position
The Territory Account Manager has a passion for cannabis as a medicinal and recreational alternative and is responsible for providing cannabis-related education to customers and dispensary associates. Territory Account Managers are responsible for a number of accounts within their designated territory. They are a self-starter, strategic about time organization, and can successfully function in an independent environment. In addition, Territory Account Managers represent Kikoko in a professional manner, are punctual, and have the ability to adapt to various personality types. You will spend the majority of your time conducting brand demos and staff trainings, as well as conducting dispensary visits and other field activities as directed by your director.

  1. Being responsible for a designated area of accounts and building meaningful relationships with those accounts
  2. Coordinate with dispensaries and Kikoko team to build schedule of in-store product demonstrations every month
  3. Visit dispensaries for demos and patient appreciation events
  4. Represent Kikoko at trade shows and lifestyle events
  5. Provide education in the form of staff trainings or out-of-dispensary events
  6. Ensure Kikoko products and printed educational materials are stocked and properly displayed in dispensaries
  7. Learn the details of Kikoko products, including how products are made, their effects, and best uses
  8. Collaborate with team to execute promotions for distributor and dispensaries
  9. Collaborate with groups and/or individuals outside of dispensaries in order to build overall community awareness of our brand and to improve DTC sales
  10. Provide custom displays to accounts in order to boost sales and recognition
  11. Enthusiastically relate products to customers by asking the right questions and tailoring suggestions to each individual
  12. Make recommendations on sales and educational collateral needs and updates
  13. Build relationships with dispensary staff and other industry professionals in a positive way, building an outstanding reputation for Kikoko through every interaction and connection
  14. Represent the company in a professional, friendly manner
  15. Maintain inventory of materials necessary to execute events
  16. Complete administrative tasks related to back-end organization of the above responsibilities
  17. Document activities in company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  18. Commitment to most days being out in the field visiting accounts
  19. Work with director to understand and execute account activities
  20. Take notice of different trends in the dispensary environment
  21. Create meaningful relationships with new accounts
  22. Other tasks as directed by management
