Primary Responsibilities

The Vendor Connection Support Specialist is responsible for routine document management and problem resolution of KeHE's vendor portal. The Vendor Connection Support Specialist works in document management, web portal support, vendor help desk, and similar environments. The Vendor Connection Support Specialist provides support to our vendors and associates with their various online needs and will act as an initial point of contact for troubleshooting missing documentation.

Essential Functions
  • Document management, validating and uploading invoices to the vendor portal and backup systems
  • Monitor and respond to help desk tickets
  • Provide support to vendors over the phone, email & web portal
  • Create Help Desk tickets in the designated ticket tracking system
  • If possible resolve tickets, communicating resolution to the end user
  • Communicate priority tickets to colleagues, and higher management.
  • Adhere to phone and email established processes.
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and confidence to contribute to presentations
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for working with numerical data an ability to work independently with careful attention to detail
  • Proactively seek improvements to current processes to improve efficiency.
  • Attend to other relevant duties as directed.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year customer service required.

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
  • Knowledge of A/P practices preferred.
  • Basic data entry, 10-key and word processing skills
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially intermediate level of experience using Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
  • Knowledge of AS400 and JD Edwards preferred.
