The Task At Hand:
  • Distributor and Buyer management: Work with National Accounts teams within each distributor to ensure execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals assigned by Director of National Accounts
  • Drive constant email and phone communication along with regular in-person visits with distributor National Accounts Team
  • Cultivate relationships with National and Key Account buyers in both the on and off premise within the assigned territory to secure new points of distribution and promotional opportunities
  • Attend and assist with distributor annual business plans at the instruction of the Director of National Accounts
  • Survey the market at store level within the assigned territory in order to track distributor execution and competition
  • Time management: Effectively manage time and travel when calling on distributors along with National & Key Account buyers
  • Promotions: Work together and communicate with the field marketing team to schedule and/or execute JuneShine promotions, samplings, and sponsorship's in the off premise Chains
  • Communication: Communicate updates on key initiatives, what’s working vs what’s not, wins and losses, and tools needed to be successful on a weekly basis with the Director of National Accounts and 

National Accounts team
  • Team growth: Work in conjunction with fellow teammates within the region to share best practices and maximize opportunities
  • Call on Regional & National chain buyers in Pacific Northwest (with possible responsibilities in Southwest)
  • Cultivate relationships with distributor chain teams
  • Align with the Sales Directors and street-level sales reps to support chain activation
  • Communicate placement, resets & promos to the Director of National Accounts and coordinating teams
  • Other responsibilities as needed
  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
  • Must live in the assigned region: North West United States
  • Applicable state-issued Responsible Alcohol Service certification required
  • Minimum of 5 years professional alcohol beverage sales experience required
  • Must have established relationships with Regional or National chain buyers
  • Must be willing and able to travel 6-10 days a month
  • Prior experience working both on and off premise alcohol sales within assigned region required
  • Proficient in VIP as well as syndicated IRI/Nielsen data
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company
