About The Position
General Description:

A Key Account Manager is responsible for selling and solidifying high volume programs as well as build profitable relationships within a key account universe of approximately 25-50 On Premise Accounts as well as assist the Arizona Off Premise Manager with Key Off Sale Accounts in their designated territory. The Key Account Manager will work alongside local distributor partners and will be responsible in managing sales goals and achievements monthly.

This position will require prior experience in distributor and/or supplier roles, have a broad knowledge of the wine and spirits industry, and be the face and energy behind the JAJA Tequila brand.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with the local distributor (SGWS) to ensure they are well versed and educated on the JAJA brand.
  • Maintain communication with the local distributor (SGWS) partners to execute On Premise programs, schedule ride-alongs and provide support and tools as needed.
  • Regularly attend and create On Premise promotional events.
  • Regularly conduct staff trainings on a weekly basis.
  • Adhere to allocated T&E and activation budgets provided by company.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships/partnerships with main decision makers, bar leads at key accounts.
  • Consistently find the opportunity to build JAJA visibility.
  • Some travel will be required.

    Key Deliverables:
  • Establish and execute a marketing plan including a tracker for 25-50 On Premise Key, new and existing.
  • Define and monitor key metrics to assess initiatives to meet JAJA volume goals.
  • Provide a weekly roll up of account calls, market analysis as well as a monthly summary roll up report.

    Job Requirements:
  • 3 years of business/sales experience in the alcohol/beverage industry required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment with goals and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be self-sufficient, problem solver, and an inner drive to succeed.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Share-Drive, iDig/VIP.
