Job Description
Senior Engagement Manager responsible for working collaboratively across the agency teams to plan and manage / execute marketing campaigns across various disciplines that meet the client's brief and budget. Components to include:

Brand and Business Steward
  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for client, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client's business, industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrating ownership of team level product quality
  • Making personal and team contributions that create a quantifiable difference to the client, programming, and the agency

Program Planning
  • Content creation for videos, script writing, video edits/production & social media
  • Development of activation strategies for relevant audiences including ideation, concepting & implementation
  • Deliver best in class educational support including the development of educational platforms & training materials in addition to the planning and execution of live and digital sessions
  • Conduct research to uncover actionable customer insights to drive creation of customer/brand/channel specific programming

Event Planning and Execution
  • Serve as main client point of contact leading up to and at a series of high profile, in-person events.
  • Independently manage event planning, meeting design and production
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors and client partners
  • Negotiate venue & event contracts and complete permit applications
  • Lead a team in the on-site execution of multiple simultaneous activations

Account Management
  • Effectively motivates and manages cross-functional teams and serves as project manage to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and timelines
  • Understanding when to engage agency services (strategy, analytics, creative) to support program needs
  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for client, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client's business, industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Managing budget & invoicing process for respective projects
  • Project management, internet research, copy editing, and crafting program materials
  • Developing complex presentations and brief creations
  • Having an advanced understanding of RFP goals, expectations, objectives, and requirements
  • Writing campaign timelines, budget tracking and allocations, developing databases, and writing training manuals or other client materials
  • Managing client expectations effectively and proactively by providing daily/weekly program updates, schedules, and contact reports
  • Collecting, organizing and analyzing program data and developing program recap that is presented to the client

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of various marketing disciplines - event, digital, social, advertising, promotions, shopper marketing
  • Agency experience required; event experience preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and nimble multi-tasker, able to handle complex projects
  • Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals, presentations and speaking in front of groups
  • High level of detail-orientation, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in using MS Office software, Macintosh and Internet research tools

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $85,000 and $115,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
