Job Description
Account Management:
  • Able to act as a day-to-day contact for client, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client's business, industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Manage client expectations effectively and proactively communicate with clients to provide daily/weekly program updates, schedules, and contact reports
  • Collect, organize and analyze program data and develop program recaps to be presented to the client
  • Ability to understand when to engage internal agency services (strategy, analytics, creative) and external agency partners to support program needs and independently lead this cross-functional collaboration
  • Project management, internet research, copy editing, and crafting program materials such as presentations, one-sheets or spreadsheets
  • Support with managing budget & invoicing process for respective projects
  • Effectively motivates and manages teams assigned to tasks
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior members of the team and effectively counsel regarding career growth and opportunities
  • Closely track campaign timelines, budget tracking and allocations, developing databases, and writing training manuals or other client materials
  • Expert in developing complex presentations and brief creations
  • Represent Inspira professionally at industry or skill specific meetings or conferences

Program Planning:
  • Content creation for videos, script writing, video edits/production & social media
  • Development of activation strategies for relevant audiences including ideation, concepting & implementation
  • Deliver best in class educational support including the development of educational platforms & training materials in addition to the planning and execution of live and digital sessions
  • Conduct research to uncover actionable customer insights to drive creation of customer/brand/channel specific programming

Event Planning & Execution:
  • Support in the planning, design and production of high-profile client meetings, events & activations
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors and client partners
  • Negotiate venue & event contracts and complete permit applications
  • Support a team in the on-site execution of activations

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experiential marketing or promotional marketing experience and maintaining deadlines
  • Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals, presentations and speaking in front of groups
  • Must be a self-starter and nimble multi-tasker, able to handle complex projects
  • High level of detail-orientation, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in using MS Office software, Macintosh and Internet research tools

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $65,000 and $100,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
