Job Description
We are seeking a Chain Performance Manager, C-Store in the Los Angeles market. This individual will be responsible for the communications of C-store priorities and pull through objectives at the account level in a dedicated region alongside 15-20 distributors.

Here's a small sample of what you'll be doing:
  • Communicate and support priorities, as received by chains team, to ensure best-in-class execution of programming at the account level.
  • Facilitate the communication process across each distributor partner.
  • Manage feedback and growth of the client portfolio through visibility and effective use of resources and proper team management.
  • Communicate achievements and follow-ups amongst the chain and distributor teams.
  • Work closely and foster collaboration with chains teams and local distributor partners for market alignment and planning.
  • Manage resources within brand, commercial and local market standards.
  • Execution - deliver against promotional activations and consumer performance (promotion, pricing, brand equity, etc.)
  • •Complete all administrative tasks within outlined deadlines
  • Ensure compliance of all alcoholic beverage regulations as well as company and client policies
  • Anticipate and identify opportunities that would potentially add value to the business in order to exceed the provided objectives
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation tactics by leveraging sales data for price points and variations.

Here's what we need from you:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Prior off-premise, chain channel experience or distributor experience, a plus
  • Knowledge of local market, community and distributor network
  • Must be able to develop strong business relationships
  • Must be strategic and forward thinking
  • Must live in the local market and be willing to travel throughout
  • Must have good written & verbal communication skills
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must use own car or public transportation to travel to and from accounts
  • Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently
  • Must be able to climb, kneel and stoop to arrange and display point of sale
  • Must be willing to work weekends, nights and holidays as needed

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $70,000 to $90,000 The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
