What is IMPACT Sales & Merchandising?
IMPACT is a newly created sales & merchandising firm in the beverage alcohol industry.  IMPACT will serve as the conduit between the supplier/manufacturer and wholesaler/distributor while working with existing or new entrants into the marketplace who need the appropriate level of attention to be successful.  IMPACT represents premium brands in Massachusetts, Rhode Island & New Hampshire who are looking to grow their presence and build distribution.  Our differentiator is the dedication to not only sales but consumer pull by way of proper merchandising, attention to detail and consumer engagement through tastings/events.  IMPACT is one of the few companies in the industry that provides this type of service correctly. About The Position:
Here at IMPACT, we are looking for a highly motivated sales representative & merchandiser to join our growing company. The position will service a strategic geographical territory in Massachusetts with possible expansion into Rhode Island and New Hampshire.  This entry level position at IMPACT is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to grow and develop in the beverage sales industry and work with a variety of different brands.

What you will be doing:
  • Working hours: 32 – Tuesday-Thursday 8 hours per day, Friday/Saturday 4 hours per day
  • Selling but not limited to Spirits, Beer and Wine 
  • Establish and maintain customer rapport by providing outstanding customer service, follow up on commitments, and call on all accounts in assigned areas.
  • Maximize brand distribution and volume in assigned accounts
  • Prepare daily paperwork and summarize marketing activity within assigned accounts
  • Increase brand awareness with consumers by conducting in-trade promotions/sampling 
  • Valid MA driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Must live in assigned territory
  • Minimum 21years of age
  • Ability to climb, kneel, and lift to arrange POS and construct displays
  • Strong verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn
·        Annual salary $45,000
·        Monthly car allowance $400
·        Monthly phone allowance $100
·        Company volume incentive percentage
·        $25.00 per hour for additional pre-approved tastings
·        Unlimited pre-approved vacation
