About The Position
Job Description: This role will provide administrative support to the House of Love beverage team, including working closely with the World of Wonder (WOW)  entertainment team and all our beverage external partners to support retail  marketing/sales initiatives and digital efforts.The position requires a nimble self-starter who is eager to learn and grow with the business. 

Employment: Full Time (Virtual, East Coast Preferred) 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Manage scheduling of calls for the HOL team
  • Manage projects for the HOL team with a bent toward marketing, focused on project flow, project completion, and intercommunication with others (Vendors, WOW team)
  • Sit in on all calls and provide follow-up notes 
  • Coordinate with external teams and facilitate internal meetings 
  • Coordinate sales materials for on and off premise vendors 
  • Organize and help team prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, agenda, and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Maintain organization and conduct routine refreshing of the Brand Assets folder with all graphic assets, and act as the liaison for the team’s graphic needs (e.g., sharing bottle renders with Sales, distributing Sale Sheets, etc.)
  • Assist in developing content for sales and marketing presentations and tools 
  • Monitor and maintain a record of active projects and team budgets
  • Coordinate outgoing Marketing product shipments and act as point-of-contact for collaborators throughout project life cycles, including brands, influencer partners, media, and the Field Team
  • Prioritize emails and respond in a timely manner
  • Work on special projects as time allows
Job Requirements: 
  • 3-5 Years of Experience, College Degree Preferred
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. Marketing background preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable working in a productive, fast paced  start-up environment as a hands-on team player who can also operate independently 
  • In-depth understanding of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) 
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickl
