NC Sales Representative

Holiday is looking for a sales rep to help accelerate the growth of our brand across the state of North Carolina! We have recently raised our first funding round and are excited to bring on a full-time sales rep with 2-3 years of alcohol beverage sales experience. This hire will play a pivotal role in our success in the NC market, and we are looking for someone who is willing and able to hustle for growth at this early stage in our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Grow the number of retail doors and sales velocity of the Holiday brand in North Carolina
  • Territory focus: Triangle, Triad, Charlotte, Asheville
  • Reports directly to the co-founder and CEO

Qualifications:
  • Must live in the state of North Carolina (anywhere from the Triangle to the Triad)
  • Must have 2-3 years of alcohol beverage sales experience in NC, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of the North Carolina market and established relationships with key retail accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Passionate about the beverage industry, especially wine and innovative products
  • Ability to drive frequently within the state to visit accounts and attend events
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (cases of wine or promotional materials)
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Google Suite, and other sales tools
