About The Position
Do you want to be in a role where you can have a huge impact on the success of a start-up snack brand that is going through extreme hypergrowth? HighKey Snacks is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to join our growing team.
HighKey is seeking a National Sales Manager who will report directly to our Co-CEO and be responsible for executing HighKey’s retail expansion plan, managing third-party partners, supporting and overseeing the daily execution of retail accounts and leading HighKey’s in-market expansion and sales strategy. This position is a remote position.

Tasks :
Execute Retail Expansion Plan and Strategy with Leadership
  • Partner with Sales management firm to drive National expansion and velocity
  • Deliver short and long term revenue goals
  • Pull and analyze data and commit to KPI’s (revenue, distribution, velocity)
Direct and Manage Third-Party Partners
  • Brokers
  • Key retail chains
Support, Direct and Oversee Daily Execution of Retail Accounts
  • Managing daily demands (request, administration) of retail partners
  • Increase points of distribution
  • Strategically execute field marketing plans
  • KPI management
Lead In-Market Expansion and Sales
  • New account pipeline management
  • New account relationship building
  • Key account sales & management
  • Participate in regional trade shows

Requirements :
  • A “figure it out and get it done” attitude.
  • Sales experience in consumer goods to retail chain accounts
  • Knowledge of retail selling initiatives such as category management and information-based selling
  • Understanding of distributor operations and retail sales execution
  • CPG natural channel experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience working within an entrepreneurial culture, preferably in food
