Position Objective: We are seeking a positive, highly ambitious and outgoing territory manager to lead growth and expansion throughout Florida. The ideal candidate has a current network of on & off premise relationships to utilize and meet monthly case goals while expanding points of distribution. The right candidate will have a small portfolio of successful brands and utilize current on and off premise relationships to help build and expand the footprint for Highclere Castle Gin in the Florida market.
The territory manager will collaborate with the management team on implementing Florida sales and distribution plan that is customized for the US market. The position requires an extensive knowledge of how the gin is produced, marketed, and a thorough understanding of the spirits industry in the Florida market.
The sales representative will take a leading roll reporting to the company US sales manager on sales programs, incentives, wholesaler sales presentations, goals, demo’s, purchase orders, and fulfillment.
Spirit industry experience required
- Utilize existing relationships to arrange presentation meetings to decision makers with a focus in on & off premise
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual account sales goals
- Develop, implement, and execute sales programs
- Build and maintain relationships with top accounts
- Conduct sales meetings with distributors/wholesalers
- Act as Territory Manager throughout South Florida
- Expect thorough deep knowledge of the brand from production, history/heritage to sales & marketing plans
