Handsome Brook Farms and its subsidiary The Farmers Hen produces pasture-raised and free-range eggs, working with a network of small family-owned farms to raise organic and conventional eggs according to American Humane and Certified Humane Farm Care animal welfare standards. We have developed and strictly follow standards for Pasture-Raised and Free-Range hens that ensure that our hens forage freely outdoors with protective cover and are able to nest and sleep safely indoors at night with plenty of room to roam, perch, and exhibit natural chicken behaviors. Additionally, we manage the national logistics and production supply chain to bring eggs from farm to customer, working with 9 different copacker grading facilities and multiple freight providers.
