Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and strategic Key Account & Chains Manager to lead and expand our presence across key on- and off-premise chains in Florida. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with regional/national buyers, executing chain programming, and driving volume growth across the state.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage relationships with key regional and national chain accounts (on- and off-premise) in Florida.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to each account to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.

  • Program Execution: Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to execute promotional programs, new product placements, and seasonal activations.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new chain opportunities aligned with the brand’s growth goals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with distributor partners, internal marketing, and the field sales team to ensure alignment and successful market execution.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, KPIs, and promotional results to inform future strategies.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account or chain sales within the beverage alcohol industry (spirits experience strongly preferred).

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong retail and on-premise chain relationships.

  • Deep understanding of Florida’s beverage alcohol landscape, distribution system, and regulatory environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the state.
