Job Summary:


The Wabi2B Activation Specialist will cultivate account relationships & drive new user recruitment for the Wabi2B platform. The Activation Specialist will be responsible for signing up accounts to the Wabi2B platform & working with them to place multiple orders on the platform. This role will work closely with the KO (Coca Cola) bottler in their assigned market to support overall business growth, develop account target lists & ensure seamless communication as it relates to Wabi2B product updates.

**This is currently a contracted position confirmed for at least 6 months.**


 Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

 Account Management (80%)

  • Record account calls via Repsly daily
  • Sign up new users/accounts to the Wabi2B marketplace
  • Work with accounts to place initial orders & subsequent re-orders using the Wabi2B marketplace
  • Train accounts & buyers on the Wabi2B platform
  • Identify potential Wabi2B platform efficiencies
  • Fill out Repsly management surveys providing feedback on Wabi2B marketplace
  • Route Rides - Work with bottler reps to identify account opportunities

Communication & Reporting (20%)

  • Weekly - Participate in team alignment calls
  • Semi-Monthly - Expense reporting
  • Monthly - KPI progress report


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Agency experience is valued
  • Ability to lean & train others on a digital marketplace
  • Adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organized with experience in professional relationship management.
  • Ability to professionally communicate results and reporting with clients and teammates.
  • Professional personal appearance and presentation personifying the brands and upholding their core values
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive/travel through the designated market area
  • Essential Physical Functions:
    • Communicates effectively both in person and over the phone, email and in presentations
    • Observes associate, customer/member, or supplier behavior
    • Enters and locates information on computer
    • Creates documents, reports, event recaps for tracking progress and success
    • Ability to lift weight in excess of 40 lbs.
    • Ability to carry weight in excess of 40 lbs.
    • Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to pick up and transport POS, event equipment, and product
