About The Position
Chief Financial Officer / CFO / VP of Finance

Wild Tonic is searching for a CFO / VP of Finance to be responsible for the hive's financial well-being. Whether it be strategic or the tactical duties of the day to day, the CEO relies heavily on the successful and progressive knowledge and professional aptitudes of this team member. The focus of this CFO / VP of Finance will be in areas of financial operations including accounting / tax and AR/AP, commercial banking, management reporting, investor relations, contract negotiations and strategic planning including pricing analysis & gross margin improvement to take our organization above and beyond.

This CFO / VP of Finance remote position has salary range of $175K-$225K, plus other compensation including but not limited to bonus, equity and other KPI incentives. The ideal CFO a VP of Finance for Wild Tonic will have*:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with a Big 6 Public Accounting firm
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a CFO / VP of Finance with a $20-$100 million revenue in CPG - Beverage category
  • 10 years in positions in the roles of accounting / finance 
  • Strong commercial banking relationships
  • "Hands On" ERP Systems Experience - SAP B1 Platform (OBeer) or other applicable system
  • Highly skilled in Strategy / Financial Planning / Analytics / Cost Accounting / Inventory Management / Pricing
  • MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field 
  • CPA license and/or CMA certification
