JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a National Sales Executive to join the Good Day team. This individual would be “home-based” with option to work out of our Santa Monica office.  The role is responsible for responding to inbound leads in a timely manner and generation of new business through outbound email and calling efforts and both virtual and in-person sales presentations. We are looking for people who are passionate about health and wellness and CBD-infused products, as well as someone that ultimately loves the Good Day brand and Good Day customer base. An ideal candidate will want to make a large and meaningful impact in the company and the overall beverage industry.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Maintain detailed product knowledge across all SKUs
● Support and execute marketing initiatives
● Survey the industry and target specific accounts by utilizing published regulatory
databases, trade journals/magazines, and other media outlets
● Call existing customer base, build relationships, and generate sales growth
● Build prospect lists via web scraping
● Utilize phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule new business meetings 
● Manage pipeline in CRM and close new business
● Active contribution in sales meetings; present forecasts and insights to executive team
● Coordinate emerging administrative tasks
● Developing the brand via Marketing and Sampling opportunities
● Manage accounts to ensure inventory and solicit reorders
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● At least 3 years of B2B sales and/or sales management history
● Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
● Exceptional sales “hunter” skills
● Experience selling both in-the-field and over-the-web 
● Previous experience in the Beverage industry preferred
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Professional demeanor
● Strong time management skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Experience in Gmail, Excel/Word/Powerpoint and/or Keynote
● Experience with CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
● Not afraid to pick up the phone with aggressive, yet effective follow-up
● Ambitious, competitive, and hungry
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
