About The Position
As a Brand Manager you will assume a role in managing the daily business of a premium craft spirits portfolio in the on and off premise channel throughout assigned territory.
As a Brand Manager in your territory, you will assume a leadership role in managing the daily business of a premium craft spirits portfolio in both the On and Off premise throughout assigned territory. Your sales expertise, strong communication skills, time management skills, results driven personality, and ability to develop immediate relationships will aid in maximizing sales of Ghost Coast within your territory.
The ideal candidate for this role will live within their territory or be willing to commute to on a daily basis. This territory is focused on the major suburbs of Atlanta, such as, Roswell, Alpharetta, Conyers, McDonough, Marietta, Kennesaw, as well as Athens, Augusta, and North Georgia.
Key Responsibilities include:
Utilizing the Sales Process to deliver goal oriented results
Develop and maintain relationships with Key Accounts while delivering the best customer service possible
Developing and maintaining relationships with distributor sales representatives to ensure that sales orders are placed
Training all levels of the distributor on brand positioning, product details, and marketing plans
Accomplish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and distribution goals
Calling on Key Accounts in your territory daily (5-10 calls per day minimum)
Conducting/coordinating sampling events in your market (where applicable)
Merchandising accounts with point of sale
This position requires the employee to be in market at least 80% of the time.
Applicants must have the following minimum qualifications:
2+ year of adult beverage experience working in your market
21 years of age or older
Valid, unrestricted state driver's license and good DMV record
Ability to work special events/functions (nights/weekends)
Required to lift and move 50 pound case of product
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with good problem solving skills, sales technique, and follow up
