About The Position
FutureProof (formerly BeatBox Beverages) is looking for a Regional Manager to manage distribution and personnel for NorthEast regional distribution states. NERM will have direct sales reports and will build distributor relationships.

Location: Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, CT, RI, VT, MA, ME & NH)

SUMMARY:
 
Ø  Works directly for and reports to Division VP, along working with the Sales Execution Managers, National Account Team, Wholesalers, and their sales staff to promote the sales of Beatbox brands and achieve target distribution and volume goals 
 
Ø  The Region Director’s main job requirements include Wholesaler Annual Business Plans and delivering to those plans, while calling directly on Regional Chain customers and managing Beatbox SEMs
 
Ø  Maintains constant communication and positive relationships with the Division VP, National Account Team, Distributor sales force, and key retailers
 
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:     
                                    
Ø  Directly supervises Sales Execution Managers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. 
 
Ø  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
 
Ø  Responsible for wholesaler management and planning.
o   Inventory management: to include orders, forecasts and allocations 
o   POS management
o   Annual Business Planning and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with wholesalers within identified area
 
Ø  Manages the performance of existing Sales Execution Managers, including corrective action if necessary
o   Must be able to analyze and develop sales opportunity from VIP software or other company provided sales software
o   Conducts ongoing brand training with retailers, distributor partners, and consumers
o   Responsible for ensuring execution of chain programming and distribution at wholesaler and retailer level
o   Assists at special events and festivals in the territory.
 
Ø  Performs assigned administrative, but not limited to (expense reports, monthly work calendar, establishing distribution targets, evaluating discount programs, conducting price surveys)
o   Completes assigned “work withs” with direct reports and wholesaler partners
o   Able to maintain and report an expense budget within the given parameters
o   Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
