The Market Manager position will be responsible for leading specific segmented and localized brands in the on-premise account universe from a brand marketing and sales POV through management, development and coordination of the local account list, and creation of best-in-class activation, sales, education and programming. This position also will support various responsibilities of point of sale, tracking, sales data, recapping, and budget management.
On-Premise and Retail Management:
On-Premise and Retail Management:
- Identify and target key accounts within the local market that strategically fit with Four Walls Whiskey in on-premise, chains, and independent retailers.
- Create relationships with key stakeholders and local trade within market
- Drive menu placements, features and visibility year-round
- Act as in market liaison between Four Walls and trade to generate local influence
- In market expert identifying opportunities and expanding the presence of Four Walls
- Identify, produce, and execute with brand POS for maximum visibility in accounts
- Execute KPI’s
- Increase brand visibility based on account level needs
- Staff and consumer education as needed
Distributor Management:
- Collaborate with local distributor to drive distribution, sales, in-market account planning, KPI delivery and activation
- Drive sales with category-specific trade and consumer programming
- Assist in distribution by leveraging account relationships and activation programming
- Analyze and maintain local sales data to identify opportunities for specific accounts and brands in/outside of account universe
- In-Market Work Withs leveraging relationships with KAM’s, Sales Reps, Area Managers and other distributor personnel
- Plan/Assist with the coordination and presentation of QBR’s
Trade Marketing:
- Work with local distributor Trade Marketing and Sales teams to schedule appearances and leverage the market visits of our celebrity partners
- Ensure scheduling of in-market appearances and visibility of on-premise and retail
- Accounts at time of visits
- Leverage celebrity brand partners in the right accounts to gain sales and velocity
Administrative and Planning:
- Budget management
- Monthly recaps
- Quarterly business review recaps to showcase start, stop, continue and challenges in market
- Expense management
