About The Position
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team of funguys/gals!
The Strategic Account Manager at Four Sigmatic will be responsible for driving growth in the emerging Conventional Grocery channel, managing the business with conventional accounts such as Kroger, Wegmans, Publix, and HEB. The sky is the limit with these vital accounts, as they are new avenues of business for Four Sigmatic and are critical to our growth in the years ahead. This is what you’re built for. You’ve managed these retailers before and you know what makes them tick. You’ve got the experience, personality, and perseverance to bring Four Sigmatic’s unique and timely wellness solutions to a new customer demographic through retail excellence in this channel.

  • Develop and execute growth strategy for each assigned account in order to meet or exceed revenue budgets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies for each account within specified trade spend budgets
  • Review and measure effectiveness of promotions on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with the operations team to create and maintain accurate product forecasts on a monthly basis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders for all accounts
  • Ongoing price monitoring for Four Sigmatic and competing brands at retail
  • Use POS data, SPINS, industry publications and other reporting to analyze trends, identify gaps and seek out new opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Continuous research of category, channels and competing brands in the marketplace
  • Analyze new business opportunities within the specified channels and develop new accounts
  • Prepare and conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts
  • Provide ongoing updates to executive management team
  • Attend industry trade shows and retailer vendor events as needed
  • Any other tasks assigned by Management in order to assist in meeting company objectives
  • Maintain and organize contracts, files, records and any pertinent information that job requires
You Definitely Have:
  • 5-7 years of key/strategic account management and established relationships within these accounts/channels
  • People management experience
  • Broker management experience
  • Experience working with both direct accounts (DSD) and distribution model
  • Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, and ability to create and manage large sets of data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Collaborative and analytical
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and take action as appropriate.
  • Ability to create high quality presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint
  • Value integrity and customer service
