We are looking for a Membership Concierge to join our growing team! The Membership Concierge will provide VIP customer support to our Mushroom Membership subscribers through email, text, live chat and phone. We are looking for someone who has a passion for building a community of die-hard functional food lovers and bringing Four Sigmatic into their daily routines.

Note the start date for this role is July 2021.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of Membership emails from US and international members daily
  • Answer phone calls and text messages from members daily
  • Assist on live chat when needed
  • Review and test Member account portal daily and troubleshoot any issues with Upscribe
  • Educate members on Four Sigmatic's product offerings, ingredients, and benefits
  • Represent the Four Sigmatic brand voice and spirit
  • Regularly track, monitor, and effectively communicate your individual and Upscribe metrics
  • Find innovative ways to engage and delight our members
  • Escalate customer complaints as necessary
  • Support General CS tickets when necessary


Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service
  • Empathy and a passion for creating a premium customer experience
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to adapt based on changing business needs
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for the health & wellness space and educating consumers
  • Ability to work one weekend day per week
  • Shopify experience a plus
  • ZenDesk experience a plus
  • Experience working for an online subscription business a plus
