We are looking for a Director of eCommerce & Online Marketing to lead the creation, development, execution and optimization of Four Sigmatic's eCommerce strategy to drive growth, profitability, and brand affinity.

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Product Strategy: Lead and own Foursigmatic.com digital product strategy, execution and optimization
  • Acquisition: Oversee performance marketing team and GTM strategy through: SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, display, retargeting, podcasts & partnerships and other relevant channels that drive qualified traffic to our website
  • UI/UX/CRO: In partnership with our development team, drive the user interface and user experience to support conversion rate optimization and increase LTV
  • Membership & Retention: Oversee the membership experience and email & SMS marketing strategy
  • Customer Loyalty: Help Customer Support team drive meaningful improvements through new process, tactics and technology enhancements
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and coach eCommerce and Customer Support teams
  • Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and forecast sales performance and eCommerce KPIs to help achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Agency Management: Oversee relationship management and selection of strategic eCommerce agencies
  • Promotions & Sales Events: Develop the eCommerce promotional calendar and lead the planning and execution of all major tentpole sales and campaigns
  • Content & Shopper Marketing: Partner with brand team to develop and implement shopper marketing content strategy
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with Operations and Finance to maintain high levels of service


Requirements
  • 7+ years proven track record of scaling an 8-figure eCommerce businesses in multi-channel environments, preferably in food & beverage, vitamins & supplements, or other CPG
  • Previous management of at least 6-figure monthly budgets
  • Leadership skills needed for hiring, developing, and managing a remote team
  • Strong analytical mindset and the creativity & confidence to take calculated risks
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and formal presentation skills
  • Takes initiative, makes decisions, and provides clear direction
  • Ability to identify and adapt to changing business needs
  • A hunger and motivation to drive meaningful growth
  • Located in Los Angeles, CA a plus
