Fósforo Mezcal begins a slow 90-minute drive outside of the city of Puebla, MX.
The bottles of Fósforo we make today are the
product of hand-picked agaves that have
matured for between 8-15 years under the watchful eye of our Master mezcalero,
Aarón Alva Sánchez.
The Fósforo brand starts with Jim Cramer’s
passion for the mezcal category. Over the
past 15 years, Jim has tasted over 200
mezcals and is a true mezcal connoisseur.
