We're looking for a data-driven marketing leader to help market our products to customers who haven't yet started their shopping journeys on Amazon and other online channels. Your job will be to use a full array of digital marketing tools (e.g., paid search, social media, email) to drive awareness and consideration for our products among customers, and ultimately lead those customers to our Amazon and DTC stores. You will work closely with the Brand Growth team, driving brand awareness and engagement, improving Amazon SEO, and delivering paid sales.

What You'll Do

Specific ownership of initiatives and day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Be The Expert. Lead the execution of our paid search, social media, and email marketing strategies and serve as a trusted advisor to the Brand Growth team, providing data-driven recommendations around marketing goals, spend per channel, and channel expansion.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Work directly with Brand Builders to ensure all advertising goals are aligning with overall brand strategy. Work closely with Business Operations to support product launches and international growth initiatives.
  • Course Correct. Analyze advertising campaign performance data and make adjustments as needed based on insights from the data. Track paid sales to ensure we achieve paid sales targets or make fast course corrections, if needed.
  • Customer-Centric Marketing. Develop and oversee an Off-Amazon digital marketing program that makes it easier for customers to find and buy our products on Amazon. Raise the bar on our marketing efforts such that we are only delivering the most relevant ads to customers. Relentlessly focus on customer retention and repeat behavior to steer initiatives that drive significant improvement in customer lifetime value.
  • Define How We'll Work. Develop standardized, repeatable marketing processes that support us as we scale. Build systems that both drive operational excellence in the marketing function and enable fast experimentation.
  • Report On Your Results. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficacy of Amazon & Off-Amazon digital marketing programs, including SEO/SEM guidelines, goals and metrics, campaign performance, and social engagement. Develop and maintain regular reporting to keep Brand Growth teams informed on overall marketing performance.
  • Strategize & Plan. Define brand-specific roadmaps for paid search, social media, and email marketing activities. Drive development of the annual digital marketing budget, including production, media, paid search, and other expenditures to comply with organizational financial objectives.
  • Test and Learn. Develop, split test, and analyze keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and ad groups to maximize potential impression volume and overall efficiency. Experiment with new Off-Amazon marketing channels and define success measures for such experiments.

This role is based in NYC. Forum Brands operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week.With this role, we are looking to bring on a trusted, long-term partner to support Brand Growth operations for many years to come. Specific qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
  • Digital marketing experience, preferably 7+ years across Amazon, Google, and various social media platforms. High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
  • Experience with the design and execution of paid search campaigns using Google Ads.
  • Experience with the design and execution of social media marketing campaigns across, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Experience with the design and execution of email marketing campaigns focused on customer retention and loyalty.
  • Experience working with external partners for graphic design, affiliate marketing, etc.
  • Proven track record of driving top-line results through increasing traffic, improving merchandising, and elevating brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets and rapid experimentation.
  • Highly organized with a critical attention to detail and impossibly high standards.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.

Bonus points if you...
  • Have experience with Amazon Attribution.
  • Have worked with Amazon tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
  • Have managed or built a team.
  • Have experience collaborating with external partners such as agencies or brand clients
